This policy explains how Point Hold Retrieve Outdoors (“PHR,” “we,” or “us”) handles information submitted through the public pre-launch website. The store and checkout are not open yet, so this website does not collect payment information.
Information we collect
When you use the launch-interest form, we collect the email address you enter, the gear categories you select, the date and time of your consent, basic record timestamps, and a campaign source when one is present in the link you used.
While you browse, the site may temporarily use your browser’s session storage to remember selected categories and a campaign-source value. That temporary browser data is used to keep your choices intact between PHR pages and is sent to PHR only if you submit the form.
Do not submit sensitive personal, medical, financial, or payment information through the form.
How we use it
We use this information to measure which categories people want PHR to pursue and to send relevant launch or product-availability updates to people who consented. We may also use combined, non-identifying totals to guide future product selection and business planning.
How information is shared
PHR does not sell launch-list information. Website hosting, database, and email service providers may process information as needed to operate the site and deliver requested communications. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the website, its users, or PHR from misuse.
Retention and security
We keep launch-interest records while they are useful for the pre-launch work or until a person asks us to delete them, unless a longer period is required for legal or operational reasons. No internet service can promise perfect security, but access should be limited to the people and providers that need it to operate PHR.
Your choices
You can ask to unsubscribe, see the information you submitted, correct it, or delete it by emailing PHR. We may need to verify that the request belongs to the email address involved.
Changes to this policy
This policy may change as the website adds approved store functions or service providers. The date at the top will be updated when a material change is published.
